MAIL-IN REPAIR POLICY
How Mail-In Repairs Work
Customers ship their device to us for inspection. Once received, the device is inspected and the repair is confirmed. Payment is requested only after inspection via Square invoice. In most cases, repairs are completed within up to 5 business days after the device is received. After repair and testing, the device is securely packaged and shipped back to the customer.
Shipping Guidelines
Customers are responsible for shipping their device to us. Please send ONLY the console. Do not include controllers, power cords, HDMI cables, games, or accessories, unless requested. We are not responsible for additional items sent with the device. Return shipping includes tracking and insurance. The repair price has return shipping included. You are only responsible for shipping fees to us.
Warranty
All HDMI and related repairs include a 90-day warranty on the repaired component. The warranty covers defects related to the performed repair only. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, power issues unrelated to the repair, or new or unrelated issues that occur after service.
Repair Time
Repair time estimates begin after the device is received, not when the form is submitted. Turnaround time may vary depending on device condition, part availability, or prior repair attempts. If additional issues are found, customers will be contacted before any work proceeds.
Important Notes
Devices with extensive corrosion, liquid damage, or prior repair attempts may be declined. We reserve the right to refuse service if a repair is not feasible or cost-effective. By sending in a device, the customer agrees to the terms outlined in this policy.
